Knockout Mondays (Boxing)

Knockout Mondays takes a unique approach to fitness focusing on effectiveness and results. Basic boxing moves are used in the class content MINUS the fluff! Participants will burn loads of calories while totally reshaping their arms, legs, gluts and abdominals. Come prepared to sweat!

WARRIOR CIRCUIT

 This class gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time using high-intensity functional exercises. You’ll move quickly through a number of exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations.

RISE AND GRIND

A fun, fast paced new interval class that blends high powered, energy-filled moves with breaks of cardio, body weight exercises, strength training segments, boot camp style training moves, and other fun challenges to maximize your fat-burn, muscle endurance and strength. This class will never be the same class twice! The change of intervals throughout offer a fun and motivating workout that will build your mind and body and promote you to push harder toward your goals. Be ready to have fun, work hard, and get results!

This class teaches boxing fundamentals and techniques in a bootcamp style regiment. We use mixed traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training!

Warrior HIIT is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
