Tough Enough An intense full body workout incorporating high and low movements ,Hiit, and elements from a conditioning training program perfect for all fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level!

Warrior Circuit This class gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time using high-intensity functional exercises. You’ll move quickly through a number of exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations.

Knockout Boxing takes a unique approach to fitness focusing on effectiveness and results. Basic boxing moves are used in the class content MINUS the fluff! Participants will burn loads of calories while totally reshaping their arms, legs, gluts and abdominals. Come prepared to sweat!

BODY BLITZ – Body Blitz classes are designed to push your body to the limit. Using your body as resistance you will be shown ways to reach new levels – ending in mobility & stretching.

CARDIO – Social Sunday running team uniting us all as some train for races or just to simply stretch out the legs from bootcamps.
